Then, as General Manager of a start-up import business, Daniel grew the business’ product line from 5 to 55 high-selling products within 18 months.

Now, Danny uses his vast experience and expertise to help CEOs, Founders, HR leaders and recruiters to solve people problems in business.

Danny founded Layered Insights, a consultancy in Sydney dedicated to enhancing self-awareness and authentic leadership. With a strong foundation in psychology and executive coaching, Danny uses science-backed assessments to unlock individual and team potential by identifying core strengths, values, and areas for growth. Sarita Johan brings more than 30 years of Business experience. After spending her career climbing the corporate ladder, running her own businesses and juggling family and relationships – she doesn’t just talk the talk she’s walked the walk.

SJ Coaching was born out of the desire to be more. A snapped femur, financial hardship, and a broken marriage led Sarita to completely redesign her life.

She walked away from her high-profile career, invested in self-development and became a NLP Master Practitioner and ADVanced Innermetrix consultant which has allowed her to deeply understand how people think and make decisions. Because of that Sarita is able to deliver a holistic solution for those in business, teaching people to become more conscious of that we are not our business and the need to consider all areas of life.

Rebecca Ramsay has been used to rolling her sleeves up and getting stuck in since childhood. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, she started her own flower business at just 14 years old.

Since then, she’s worked in travel and tourism, ran retail stores and a French ski chalet. She’s been a small business owner, worked in corporate roles, and was even a food writer and photographer.

All this culminated in a journey of self-discovery after a traumatic experience working for a corporate psychopath. During the process of rebuilding herself, she discovered her why. Rebecca dedicated herself to helping business owners and organisational leaders lay the foundations of self-awareness and authenticity; enabling them to achieve high-performance, sustainable and effective leadership.
