As I see it, three problems are faced by leaders today and into the future:
- Leaders must resolve uncertainty in the wake of colliding waves of chaos and order.
- Leaders must lead within their enterprise and across multiple systems, such as politics, social settings, and the wider community.
- Leaders must resolve people problems.
